COLORAMA 2016
En partenariat avec les marques CAAPS et OBEY Clothing France, le studio Anyway a imaginé l'évènement COLORAMA, un salon d'art urbain qui aura lieu à Biarritz au mois d'Août cette année. Le projet est de réunir une vingtaine d'artistes dans un lieu voué à la destruction pour réaliser un nuancier de styles - reflet de l'art Urbain et de sa diversité.
L’idée principale de Colorama est de faire découvrir le street art au public biarrot. Cette discipline artistique qui vient du graffiti a su développer un style qui lui est propre en dépassant les conventions de ses origines pour devenir “la nouvelle peinture contemporaine”. Vous découvrirez à travers le travail des artistes présents la diversité de cette culture.
Au mois de juillet le garage sera transformé en résidence d’artiste, où les protagonistes se croiseront pour produire. Chacun d’eux nous proposera une fresque originale, sur un pan de mur qui lui sera attribué.
L'ouverture au public prendra effet dès le 6 Août jusqu’au 21 Août 2016 au Garage Foch; un espace de 1000m2 situé à quelques pas du centre ville de Biarritz. Cette ville touristique a vu récemment opérer un essor artistique important dû à l'initiative de plusieurs acteurs à l'échelle locale. Soucieux de participer à cette dynamique, l'équipe Anyway propose Colorama - dans l'espoir d'étendre cette démarche le plus longtemps possible et permettre au public un accès libre à cette culture.

In partnership with the brands CAAPS and OBEY Clothing France, the studio Anyway imagined the event COLORAMA, an urban art fair that will take place in Biarritz in August this year. The project is to bring together some twenty artists in a place devoted to destruction to create a shade of styles - a reflection of Urban art and its diversity.
The main idea of Colorama is to introduce street art to the public biarrot. This artistic discipline which comes from graffiti has developed a style of its own by surpassing the conventions of its origins to become "the new contemporary painting". You will discover through the work of the artists present the diversity of this culture.
In July the garage will be transformed into an artist's residence, where the protagonists will meet to produce. Each one of them will propose to us an original fresco, on a wall of wall that will be attributed to him.
The opening to the public will take effect from 6 August until 21 August 2016 at Garage Foch; A space of 1000m2 located a few steps from the city center of Biarritz. This tourist city has recently witnessed an important artistic development due to the initiative of several actors at the local level.
